WESLEYAN

Embodying the personality of a newly appointed CEO and long-serving Chairman, whilst maintaining a level of luxury and brand representation

THE PROJECT

This was a quick moving project, that needed to hit tight deadlines and embody the personality of a newly appointed CEO and long-serving Chairman, whilst maintaining a level of luxury and brand representation.

CLIENT: WESLEYAN
PROJECT: CAT B
DURATION: 4 WEEKS
CONTRACT: DESIGN & BUILD

HOW WE DID IT

Delivered over 4 weeks, the suite utilised existing elements including bespoke, timber framed partitions to help minimise cost. A combination of old and new work styles, the majority of the space was cellular with pockets of open plan, accommodating support staff and visitor waiting.

Focussed on renewing floor and wall finishes, along with replacing traditional desking with more modern furniture styles, the new offering provides cellular spaces with height adjustable work settings to maximise use and encourage wellbeing.

Completed in a live building, the project was carried out in an unoccupied area with hoarding introduced to ensure access was maintained to the adjacent wing (East) located in the city centre.
