Estilo Interiors was appointed to design and build Trinity Bridge’s new London office on Welbeck Street, Marylebone. The project was a comprehensive Cat B fit-out, crafted to elevate productivity, collaboration, and employee wellbeing through thoughtful design, strategic planning, and quality craftsmanship.

Workstations & Layout:

• 61 workstations, planned at 8m² per person
• One divisible 8-person boardroom
• Two 4-person meeting rooms
• Three 2-person focus rooms
• Six individual phone booths
• Bespoke joinery throughout, delivering high-quality, functional storage and architectural features

Collaborative & Wellbeing Spaces:

• Seven informal collaborative areas to encourage teamwork and creative thinking
• A town hall-style hospitality zone for team gatherings and events and a dedicated Office Wellbeing room to support staff health and mindfulness
• A living feature wall, incorporating biophilic design to bring natural elements into the workspace

This project marks the fourth collaboration between Estilo Interiors and Trinity Bridge, reflecting a strong and ongoing relationship. The result is a high-performing, visually impressive office that supports business operations while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
