Aberdeen Standard Investments chose Estilo Interiors for the refurbishment of their scheme, Interchange Place, in central Birmingham.

THE WORK
Works included full refurbishment to floors 4, 5 & 6, part refurbishment of the Ground and 1st floors and the installation of of a basement Shower/Cycle store scheme. Alterations were also made to the reception area and external facades.
The 1st floor also underwent a transformation into a pioneering Cat A Plus scheme, providing plug & play office space to Birminghams business community.
