We undertook the design & build of Close Brother’s new offices in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District.

We assisted leading merchant bank, Close Brothers, with the design and build of their new office premises in central Birmingham.

Designed to provide space for the company’s full service solution, providing space for both their advice and investment teams. Offering traditional reception areas and meeting rooms, the space also provides touchdown desks for hybrid working, traditional desk seating, breakout rooms and kitchen facilities, alongside WebEx rooms for web calls and virtual meetings.
