After securing the works in competition, our in-house team developed a state-of-the-art modern office and warehouse, combining reception, customer service centre, dining and refreshment facilities with collaborative office and training space for staff.

Design, installation, testing, commissioning and coordination of specialist systems (supplied by Client) including specialist lifting equipment, high and low bay racking installations and conveyor equipment

• With the office area formation of glazed and studwork partitioning to form on the ground floor a new reception & waiting area along with a new canteen break out areas, male and female WCs, shower and changing rooms, logistical support offices, training areas and meeting rooms
• Installation of glazed and studwork partitioning to the first floor to form a new office area, communication room, training areas and meeting rooms
• Installation of glazed and studwork partitioning to the to form a new office area and a board room
• Installation of glazed and studwork partitioning to the ground floor warehouse undercroft area to form new logistical support areas
• Mechanical and electrical alterations, installations, testing and commissioning
• Data, CCTV, and alarm installations, testing and commissioning along with client direct instruction
• Associated sprinkler system installations, testing and commissioning
• Construction of new external pump room & associated soft and hard landscaping elements
