Estilo Interiors designed and delivered a fully furnished turnkey Cat B office suite for logistics firm Fracht UK, at Fort Dunlop in Birmingham, our 6th project in the building, incorporating comprehensive Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) updates.

The workspace features 56 dedicated workstations, providing each team member with a consistent and well-equipped space to support their day-to-day roles. Alongside this, a large hot-desking table for eight employees was introduced to create flexibility for visiting staff, new starters, and team members who split their time between office and remote working. This combination of fixed and flexible seating ensures the office can adapt to changing headcounts while encouraging interaction between departments.

To further enhance collaboration, the office has been fitted with a wide variety of meeting and breakout spaces. At the heart of this is a 10-person boardroom designed for client meetings, presentations, and larger internal discussions. This is supported by a six-person meeting room for medium-sized gatherings, two four-person meeting rooms ideal for team catch-ups and project work, and a more intimate three-person meeting room for quick discussions or one-to-ones. Beyond the formal spaces, an additional breakout and collaboration area has been introduced, offering employees a more relaxed environment to brainstorm ideas, hold impromptu conversations, or step away from their desks during the working day.

Amenities include a welcoming reception and waiting area that sets the right tone for visitors, as well as a well-designed teapoint and breakout space where staff can relax, socialise, and recharge throughout the day. Custom joinery and bespoke manifestations were used throughout the suite to create a strong sense of identity and quality, while biophilic design elements have been seamlessly integrated to promote wellbeing and productivity. The result is a professional yet inviting environment that balances formality with comfort.
