THE PROJECT
Having secured the project through a negotiated contract, we were appointed to refurbish the former IBM HQ, 40,000 sq ft in Portsmouth.
This project included the full M&E replacement and the provision of exposed surfaces, installation of lighting and flooring throughout with a toilet strip out, extension and refurbishment.

Delivery of this project within the confines of a heavily occupied multi-tenanted building required considered solutions for delivery whilst ensuring a very high standard of quality of design and installation to accentuate the external surroundings of the lake. The project was delivered successfully on time and within budget.
