THE PROJECT
The works involved the complete refurbishment of the building including external improvements.
THE WORK
The space offers multiple communal areas across three floors, allowing individuals to step away from their desks and work collaboratively or independently. These areas included a variety of seating options, such as booths, dining areas, and even small personal spaces.
The project encompassed several tasks, including the removal of suspended ceilings, flooring, partitions, existing toilet cores, and all fixtures and fittings on the ground and first floors. The ground and first floors underwent a complete refurbishment, which involved the installation of new partitions, suspended ceilings, breakout spaces, and flooring. The mechanical systems were also modified to align with the new layout, including the addition of supplementary plant equipment. Furthermore, new power, lighting, and fire alarm systems were implemented throughout the space.
To enhance the functionality of the building, new toilet cores were constructed on the ground and first floors. The entire area received a fresh coat of paint as part of the redecoration process. Additionally, the main entrance was altered and the staircase underwent refurbishment to improve its appearance and accessibility. External improvements were made to the landscaping surrounding the building, as well as the main entrance itself.
