Estilo Interiors was appointed to deliver a Cat B Detail & Build for Reddie & Grose’s new Cambridge office. The brief was to create an attractive destination workspace that encourages collaboration and provides staff with a space to be proud of. The result is a carefully planned and beautifully detailed environment that blends functionality, comfort, and visual appeal.

Workstations & Layout:

• 24 workstations, to maximise comfort and space efficiency
• One 6–8 person meeting room equipped with AV screen
• Selection of focus and study rooms for quiet work
• Dedicated comms room and separate IT store room
• Support spaces including a print area, post area, and generous storage

Collaborative & Wellbeing Spaces:

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwaves, fridge, sink & tap, Zip tap, coffee machine, and bins
• One combined wellness, parents, and prayer room to support inclusivity and staff wellbeing
• Bespoke joinery throughout, including wall panelling, a custom print and copy area and integrated breakout booths in the kitchen space
• Live planting and biophilic design elements
• Sustainable furniture supplied by Senator
