Sustainability is a cornerstone of The Billiards Building’s refurbishment. - Net-Zero Development: The building will also be Net-Zero via carbon offset at the end of development. It will also ensure 165 tonnes of carbon will be saved annually, the equivalent of 280 flights from London to New York.
- Green Building Materials: The refurbishment employs sustainable building materials and finishes, minimising waste and promoting recycling during construction.
- Waste Reduction: A focus on waste reduction strategies during construction will ensure that The Billiards Building’s refurbishment has minimal environmental impact.
