The project’s scope extended beyond traditional office design, encompassing the creation of cyclist facilities, renewal of MEP services, and the delivery of a CAT A+ Fit Out for the ground floor reception.

Scope of Works:
CAT A Fit Out and Refurbishment:
- Four office floorplates underwent a transformation to meet CAT A standards, enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the workspaces.
- Communal areas, lift lobbies, stairwells, and WCs across six floors were revamped to align with contemporary office design principles.
CAT A+ Fit Out for Ground Floor Reception:

Cyclist Facilities at Basement Level:
- Recognizing the importance of sustainable commuting, the project included the creation of cyclist facilities at the basement level. This encompassed shower and changing facilities, promoting an eco-friendly and employee-centric workplace.
MEP Services Renewal:
- The existing MEP building services underwent a comprehensive refurbishment. This included HVAC systems, lighting solutions, fire and security systems, and the Building Management System (BMS). The aim was to not only modernise but also enhance energy efficiency and overall sustainability.
