THE PROJECT
Working in conjunction with the Client’s Professional Consultancy Team, we delivered the design and construction of Breakout, Canteen and Communal Working Facilities.
HOW WE DID IT
After securing the works in competition, our in-house design team developed a state-of-the-art modern space, combining dining and refreshment facilities with collaborative work areas for students and staff.
In line with the Client’s brief, our proposal incorporated exposed services, design-led interior finishes and modern FF&E solutions to create an “industrial” feel throughout the space.
THE RESULT
Through subsequent phases of works at the College, we have successfully delivered the refurbishment of WC facilities, communal corridor areas and student ICT facilities, and we continue to share a highly successful working relationship with the College.
