THE PROJECT

Estilo Interiors was appointed to deliver a Cat A+ fit-out at 10 Livery Street, Birmingham, for a long-standing client — an independent private investor. Having already completed multiple projects within the building, we were tasked with creating a high-quality, ready-to-occupy office space designed to appeal to a wide range of potential tenants, enabling faster lettings and provide a versatile, move-in-ready solution for modern businesses.

THE WORK

Workstations & Layout:

  • 20 workstations, arranged for optimal light and space efficiency
  • Two 6-person meeting rooms that can be combined via a concertina wall
  • Two quiet pods and a dedicated focus alcove for individual work

Collaborative & Reception Spaces:

  • A relaxed meet-and-greet area for visitors and informal discussions
  • An informal meeting area to encourage teamwork and idea sharing
  • Bespoke kitchen and breakout area, designed for comfort and usability
  • High-quality bespoke joinery throughout, adding functional and architectural interest

 

This Cat A+ scheme demonstrates Estilo Interiors’ ability to create stylish, flexible office environments that help landlords attract and secure tenants more quickly.
