THE PROJECT
The suite, located on the ground floor at 134 Edmund St, was designed to attract potential tenants seeking a modern, ready-to-use workspace. Estilo’s design integrates seamlessly with the building’s new branding and reception area, offering a streamlined and functional environment that tenants can move into with ease.
THE WORK
The Plug & Play suite is structured around key zones to foster productivity and collaboration
Social: A meet-and-greet area with digital sign-in and a refreshment space to encourage interaction.
Collaboration: A small meeting room and informal spaces for collaborative work.
Focus: 30 ergonomic workspaces, touchdown points, a Zoom room, and booths for focused work.
Support: 30 lockers, a print area, and ample storage, including a store room, comms, and display shelves.
This project was part of a broader refurbishment by Estilo, which included a full CAT A renovation of the building, aligning with the highest environmental and operational standards. The Billiards Building earned an EPC rating of A, WiredScore Platinum status, and NABERS accreditation, highlighting the project’s sustainable credentials.
