This project involved creating two new CAT A Plus show suites to part of the ground and first floors, providing Grade-A office facilities, aligning with the existing base build CAT A fit-out and incorporating smart technologies.

Smart Technologies Integration: Incorporating the latest smart technologies, Estilo Interiors designed Grade-A office facilities to enhance efficiency and connectivity. Meeting and Zoom Room Facilities: To cater to modern communication needs, Estilo Interiors added dedicated meeting rooms and individual Zoom room facilities. This strategic addition provides flexibility for both in-person and virtual collaboration, meeting the diverse working preferences of the contemporary workforce.

Versatile Workspaces: The Cat A Plus fit-out included the creation of collaborative working areas, featuring touchdown workspaces alongside traditional settings. MEP Building Services Integration: Estilo Interiors designed and installed MEP building services with meticulous coordination, ensuring seamless integration with the base build installation. Bespoke Tea Point and Breakout Areas: A key aspect of the project involved creating bespoke tea points and breakout areas. These thoughtfully designed spaces serve as focal points for relaxation and informal collaboration, enhancing the overall well-being of occupants.

Fully Fitted Suites: Meticulously fitted, the suites incorporated furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), feature interior finishes, and internal artificial planting.
