THE PROJECT
The project entailed an extensive Cat B fit-out for the new offices of Urban & Civic PLC, where our team collaborated closely with their professional team to bring their vision to life. The scope of work encompassed various key areas, including the creation of well-appointed meeting rooms that fostered efficient and productive discussions. Additionally, dedicated tea points were strategically designed to provide employees with convenient spaces to relax and rejuvenate, encouraging a healthy work-life balance. Furthermore, an IT server room was meticulously planned and implemented to ensure seamless technological operations and support the company’s digital infrastructure.
THE WORK
With a focus on functionality and aesthetics, the meeting rooms were thoughtfully designed to facilitate effective communication and decision-making. Equipped with modern furnishings and state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, these spaces offered an ideal setting for productive collaboration and presentations. Advanced cooling systems, redundant power supply, and secure access controls were implemented to safeguard the integrity of critical digital infrastructure. The layout and organiSation of server racks and cabling were optimiSed for efficient maintenance and scalability, ensuring the company’s IT operations were seamlessly supported.
