One of Birmingham’s leading main contractors – Estilo Interiors – has once again added to its extensive list of 2024 project completions, taking on the two-floor CAT B fit-out of Clarke Willmott’s new offices in Bristol’s Assembly Building C. The 15,600 sq ft project is an impressive relocation for the law firm, which comes as they work to meet the needs of a hybrid working model.

Birmingham-based Estilo Interiors has secured another impressive instruction to add to its list of successes, this time to deliver the CAT B ft fit-out of Clarke Willmott’s new offices, located on the 10th and 11th floors of the new grade A office building being developed at Assembly C in central Bristol.

Clarke Willmott, a leading law firm which offers expert advice and support to both individuals and businesses, instructed Estilo Interiors to create an appealing new office which facilitates remote working, whilst also empowering staff to enjoy working collaboratively in person with clients and colleagues, as well as encouraging the culturally important social aspect of work.

The project was recently completed and is inclusive of furniture, fixtures and equipment, all of which have been expertly tailored to provide practical solutions, whilst also facilitating an aesthetically enjoyable presence in the office to those using the space both full and part-time.

The Assembly Buildings form a new mixed-use destination in the heart of Bristol, supplementing prime office space with cafes, shops, restaurants and public spaces.

Accessible by public transport and featuring a huge variety of native plants and trees to increase biodiversity, the relocation to the new office marks more than just a move to an exciting workspace for Clarke Willmott, but a move to a greener future as well.

Aiding Estilo Interiors with their endeavour are Bristol-based contractor, Alteriors, and project management firm, Cubix Consultants.

Speaking about the project, Estilo Interiors’ Founder and MD, Andrew Moore, said:

Despite the uncertainty and change of the pandemic calming down in recent times, many businesses are still figuring out and realising the benefits of hybrid working. As people continue to find what works best for them, so too must they find what kind of space works for them; when working with clients we always to try to get to the bottom of what it is they’re looking for and why.

That’s the exact approach we took with this project, ensuring that Clarke Willmott’s relocation in Bristol met their practical requirements, as well as their goals for a more sustainable office space. We were thrilled to be chosen for the project and are incredibly proud of the result that the team worked towards.

Adding to this, Robert Stanley, Head of Facilities Management at Clarke Willmott LLP, commented:

We’re delighted to have moved into our new office space and are so grateful for Estilo’s support in creating a really welcoming environment for our colleagues and clients. The relaxed and inspiring design affords our people the opportunity to collaborate in style or chill out in comfort.
