Estilo Interiors and A.R. & V. Investments Ltd, a versatile property investor based in London, proudly announce the successful completion of a transformative Cat A+ and Cat B project at 36 Great Charles Street, Birmingham.

A.R. & V. Investments Ltd, who completed their purchase of 36 Great Charles Street in January 2023, entrusted Estilo Interiors with the revitalisation of the reception, 6th, and 7th floors of the prominent building in Colmore Business District. This 10-week project encompassed Cat A+ works to the ground floor reception area and 6th floor front suite, with Cat B works to sections of the 7th floor – totalling just over 6,000 sqft. The project showcased the strong demand for premium, flexible office spaces in the vibrant Birmingham market, with both the 6th and 7th floors securing tenants even before the project’s completion.

Love Finance Ltd, a business finance company and existing tenant at 36 Great Charles Street, agreed to lease the CAT A+ 6th floor front suite after seeing the proposed visuals. “We’ve been expanding rapidly as a company since we moved into 36 GCS in 2022 and were excited to hear of plans to renovate the building. With new hires and more workspace needed for our growing team, it made perfect sense for us to extend from the 5th floor to incorporate the 6th floor front suite too. We’re excited to call it home” – comments Jack Smith, Founder and Director at Love Finance Ltd.

Meanwhile, three other occupiers have taken new leases in the building – either expanding in the building or as new occupiers: SLR Consulting Limited, ASC Connections Limited and Back 2 Work Complete Training Limited.
