Estilo Interiors recently completed a high-quality fit-out at 22 Gas Street for the location’s landlord, providing an inviting reception space, versatile breakout spaces and private meeting rooms to benefit new and existing tenants in this popular building.

The reception area now features a striking bespoke desk, designed to leave a lasting first impression on visitors. Complemented by a modern tenant directory, this space sets the tone for the high-quality design seen throughout the building. Adjacent to the reception, a new teapoint was installed, offering a stylish and practical space for refreshments and informal interactions.

Breakout spaces have been reimagined to encourage collaboration and relaxation. A bespoke seating area, incorporating biophilic design elements, adds warmth and a connection to nature, while reupholstered seating booths give existing furniture a fresh and cohesive look. These updates are further complemented by carefully selected new furniture that balances comfort, durability, and style.

Two new glazed meeting rooms were introduced, offering a contemporary aesthetic with the added benefit of advanced AV and IT integration for seamless communication. To improve the acoustic quality of the space, wall panels were strategically installed, reducing noise and ensuring a productive environment.
