Estilo Interiors recently completed a high-quality office fit-out for Schroders at Interchange Place, focused on creating a functional yet inviting amenity area adjacent to the existing reception. The project involved extensive work, transforming the space into a versatile and modern environment that enhances employee and visitor experience.

Key features of the project included the construction of two new meeting rooms and the installation of meeting booths, which provide private and comfortable spaces for discussions in a bustling office setting. A smart coffee point was also integrated into the area, offering convenient refreshments to staff and visitors.

The scope of work included the complete strip out of the existing elements, followed by significant M&E alterations to accommodate the new layout and functions. Estilo Interiors installed a combination of solid and glazed partitions to balance openness and privacy within the space. The addition of a moveable wall further enhanced the flexibility of the environment, allowing for adaptable space configurations as needed.

To ensure a high-end finish, the project incorporated bespoke joinery, feature ceilings, and premium tiled floor finishes. A curated furniture package, consisting of a mix of fixed and loose items, was also provided to complement the aesthetic and functionality of the newly created amenity area.
