Working with Alterior Designs and Clarke Willmott’s in house facilities team to create and build Clarek Willmott’s vibrant new offices in Bristol. The fit-out spanned two floors and 15,500 sqft of Assembly Building C, aiming to create a versatile workspace conducive to productivity and collaboration.

Scope of Work

• CAT B Fit out: The project encompassed the creation of a business lounge, breakout areas, and office space across two floors, with particular emphasis on heavily segregated meeting spaces on the 10th floor.
• Detail and Build Basis: Estilo executed the works based on designs by the original architect, Alteriors, ensuring attention to detail throughout the construction process.
• Principal Contractor Role: Estilo acted as the Principal Contractor, overseeing the entire fit-out project’s execution.
• Budget Adherence: Despite the complexity of the project, Estilo completed the works within budget constraints

• Agile Working Environment: The fit-out aimed to foster an agile working environment, facilitating flexibility and adaptability for Clarke Willmott’s employees.
• Staff Breakout and Support Areas: Estilo incorporated staff breakout areas and support spaces to enhance employee well-being and productivity.
• Client Suite: A new client suite was developed, featuring a reception area, meeting and conference rooms, kitchenette, client lounge, and facilities office, catering to the needs of Clarke Willmott’s clients.
• Collaboration Spaces: The design included multiple collaboration spaces, such as a relaxed client lounge and a dedicated staff business lounge, promoting interaction and idea exchange among employees.
