Estilo Interiors was commissioned by long-term client Bruntwood SciTech to refurbish the Cornerblock building reception & common areas, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The comprehensive project focused on transforming the reception area with bespoke joinery and sophisticated new lighting, creating an inviting and modern first impression for visitors and occupants alike. Additionally, a back-of-house refreshment area was constructed to provide a convenient and comfortable space for staff breaks.

Plumbing decoration was meticulously updated to ensure both practical use and visual appeal. The project also included the installation of a blockwork cycle store, promoting sustainable transportation options for building users. To enhance workspace flexibility, solid and glass partitions were added to the studio areas, fostering a collaborative yet private environment when needed. The existing changing rooms underwent significant alterations, with new lockers and counters installed to improve functionality and user experience.

These upgrades were designed to meet the evolving needs of the building’s users, reflecting modern standards of comfort and utility.
