Estilo Interiors undertook the design and build of a new reception area at Fifteen Colmore Row for our longtime client, Hortons Estate. This project was aimed at modernising and enhancing the reception space to reflect the prestigious nature of the building and improve the overall visitor experience.

• Strip Out of Existing Reception: The project began with the complete removal of the existing reception area, creating a blank canvas for the new design.
• New Walls, Floor, and Ceiling Finishes: The installation of new walls, floor, and ceiling finishes was meticulously executed to create a cohesive and contemporary aesthetic.
• Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades: A full mechanical and electrical installation was undertaken to ensure the reception area met modern standards of comfort and functionality.
• Bespoke Joinery Package: Custom joinery elements were designed and crafted to enhance the reception area’s functionality and visual appeal.
• Decoration: Thoughtful decoration was applied to bring warmth and style to the space, aligning with the overall design vision.
• WC Refurbishments: The refurbishment of the WC facilities was included to provide a consistent level of quality and comfort throughout the building.
