THE PROJECT

In partnership with Wesleyan, we undertook a comprehensive fit-out project at Grange Park, revitalising 27,000 sqft of office space within a four-storey building, on the outskirts of Cheltenham. The objective was to create a modern and efficient workspace that aligns with Wesleyan’s vision for a contemporary and sustainable office environment.

THE WORK

Refurbishment Excellence

Our team executed a Cat A refurbishment, elevating the workspace’s functionality and aesthetics. Upgraded HVAC systems were seamlessly integrated, ensuring optimal comfort and ventilation throughout the premises. This enhancement not only prioritised the well-being of occupants but also contributed to increased energy efficiency, aligning with current sustainability standards.

Cutting-Edge Security

Security was a paramount concern addressed with state-of-the-art access control and CCTV systems. Our implementation provides Grange Park with top-notch security measures, safeguarding both personnel and sensitive information. This commitment to security aligns with Wesleyan’s dedication to creating a safe and protected working environment for its employees.

Sustainable Initiatives

Embracing Wesleyan’s commitment to sustainability, our team incorporated eco-friendly solutions into the fit-out. A photovoltaic (PV) system was installed, harnessing renewable energy to power the facility. This not only reduces the environmental footprint but also aligns with Wesleyan’s green initiatives. Additionally, electric vehicle (EV) chargers were strategically placed to encourage employees to adopt eco-friendly commuting practices, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility within the organisation.
