The project was developed in partnership with KKS Savills, focusing on a comprehensive strip-out, CAT A refurbishment, and the creation of modern amenities to align with Savills’ dynamic business environment.

The Savills Reading office, spanning 3,704 sq. ft. (344.1 sq. m) and boasting a triple-aspect view, serves as the home for specialized teams offering a diverse range of real estate services. These services include Residential Development Sales, Residential Lettings, Planning, Development, Valuation, and Occupier Services. The relocation project, in conjunction with KKS Savills, necessitated a fresh design that would not only cater to the diverse needs of the Savills team but also create an inviting atmosphere for their clients.

Design and Innovation: The KKS Savills Design Studio, in collaboration with Estilo Interiors, conceptualized a flexible workspace that combines vibrancy and functionality. The office features a remarkable reception area that serves as an architectural focal point, creating a pivot around which the entire space revolves. The design incorporates various finishes, including timber and moss panels, mural wallcoverings, and wooden and ceramic floors, creating a practical yet inspiring working environment.

Value Engineering and Collaboration: Estilo Interiors and Savills collaborated closely throughout the project to ensure that the value engineering efforts maintained fidelity to the original design philosophy. The emphasis on cost efficiency did not compromise the overall aesthetic and functionality of the office space. The result is an open and airy ambiance, filled with natural light, offering a refreshing environment for both clients and employees.

Functionality and Collaboration Spaces: The fit-out project included thoughtfully designed meeting rooms catering to various needs, from intimate huddle spaces to expansive conference areas. Every detail was carefully considered to facilitate optimal collaboration and productivity. The space features break-out areas, quiet rooms, and a wellness room, showcasing a commitment to creating a holistic and supportive work environment.
