On the back of the highly successful project at Interchange Place, we joined forces with Wates for a second time to transform their new office space at Caldecotte Lake Business Park in Milton Keynes. Our brief was to craft a dynamic, open environment that breaks away from convention.

Wates’ stunning welcome lounge is a versatile space designed to cater to the needs of both staff and visitors. The lounge offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring an array of cozy settings that provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone who enters. The presence of a nearby refreshment point adds an extra layer of convenience, allowing individuals to enjoy a beverage while they relax or engage in discussions.

In addition to the welcoming lounge, the project includes quiet rooms, which serve as dedicated spaces for important Teams or Zoom calls. These rooms are designed to offer a quiet and focused environment, ensuring that crucial meetings can take place without distractions, enhancing communication and productivity.

Furthermore, the project incorporates flexible collaboration zones that span from serene to dynamic. These zones are intentionally designed to adapt to the specific needs of Wates’ team members, allowing them to choose the most suitable environment based on the task at hand.
